SAN JOSE, CA – July 3, 2019 – Back from the year 2029, Silicon Valley Comic Con today announced Arnold Schwarzenegger will join as a featured guest at Steve Wozniak’s pop culture, tech and science expo. The actor, filmmaker, businessman, philanthropist and politician will make a special appearance Sunday, August 18 with photograph and autograph opportunities available now for purchase at http://bit.ly/SVCCTicketing. Joining the “Terminator” will be former co-stars Robert Patrick and Edward Furlong on both Saturday, August 17 and Sunday, August 18.
SVCC also announced today its first featured programming and keynotes including Chris Hadfield (astronaut and first Canadian commander of the International Space Station), Adam Savage (MythBusters, Savage Builds, Tested.com) and Will Wright (legendary game designer and creator of The Sims, SimCity and Spore). Previously announced guests of SVCC include Jason Momoa (Aquaman, Game of Thrones), Morena Baccarin (Deadpool, Gotham, Firefly), Ben McKenzie (Gotham, Batman: Year One, The OC), Julie Benz (Dexter, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Angel), Lou Ferrigno (The Incredible Hulk, Hercules), the Mighty Morphin’ Power Rangers and Andy Weir (The Martian, Artemis) among others. New guest announcements spanning technology, science, comic book, cosplayers and fan groups will be unveiled soon.
